Sharon Jayne Comstock (Stever)
12/3/1937 – 7/11/2021

Sharon was a life-long resident of Manhattan Beach, CA and proudly graduated from Mira Costa High School with the Class of 1956 (the first 4 year graduating class for MCHS). She was a free-spirited bohemian hippy of the sixties and a lifelong trend-setting fashionista. Her classmates gave her the groovy name, Moonie Beamis. She was a gifted artist of many talents.

Sharon was a devoted, loving wife and mother. For decades, Sharon helped countless women to achieve sobriety through mentorship and example. She had 51 years of sobriety at the time of her death and carried the message of love and hope to all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her devoted husband of 32 years, David Comstock; parents, Edward and Denise Stever; twin brother, Barry Stever; and her beloved grandmother, Lenore Garberson. She is survived in death by her sons; Gary Sturm (Catalina) and Guy Ruckdasthel (Sandra); nephew, Wade Stever; and her beloved 18 y.o. dog, Lilly.
