In Memory of
William Bradford "BRAD" Stevenson
March 27, 1943- July 23, 2020

Brad was born on March 27, 1943 in Carmel, CA. He grew up at 2800 Strand, Manhattan Beach, with his brother, Tuck and sister, Denise. His parents Hazel and Eddie Stevenson watched the life of the family unfold on the beach.
Brad was a graduate of Mira Costa High School, class of 1960. He was also a graduate of USC, class of 1967 and a member of Phi Delta Theta. Brad had a knack for finding cool stuff and Oaktree Antique Emporium was his entry into a life of discovering and bringing back to life countless treasures. Surfing was his other passion, and he handcrafted beautiful surfboards from balsa and redwood, under the name Big Stix. He had an incredible sense of adventure, a boundless ability to create fun, and was a master storyteller.
Brad is survived by his daugher Ashley Stevenson Grebe (Marc), sons Blake Stevenson and Christopher Hazard and grandchildren Callum and Emerson Grebe. Brad is also survived by his sister Denise Stevenson Hodges (Bill)
There will be a Paddle Out Memorial announced at a later date.
Brad loved people and people loved him.

Our heartfelt condolences to our Pine Av, MB neighbor. Brad, always a smile on his tanned face, will be missed. He and Linda always took care of our bunny when we went out of town. They were wonderful bunny grandparents. Hugs to his family.
